Read Claim

Retrieves a specific claim by id.

Mechanism

GET [base]/Claim/[appNum or odbNum]-[receivedDate]-sequence

NOTE: Only draft claims can be read. When a claim is retrieved, most adjudication information is lost (e.g. modifiers added to override adjudication reasons). The claim will need to be re-adjudicated and modifers will need to be re-determined.
